  Anthony Ciccone, B.Comm, CHFC
Anthony started his career in 1986 with Imperial Life Financial and progressed through the years to where in 1990 he would eventually establish his own financial services company - The Ciccone Group. As the president of his own company, Anthony solidified his reputation as a leader when it came to the advice and strategies of sound estate/succession and financial planning implementation.

In 2004, Anthony brought together Gerry McKay and Lindsay Byrka to form a new company, Ciccone/McKay Financial Group. This new partnership has proven to be the perfect fit. With the mandate of helping clients build a balanced financial portfolio, the Ciccone/McKay team is able to meet the needs of every client, whether they are working with an individual, family or corporation.
 
  Gerry McKay, CLU
  Gerry McKay has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been a manager at one of the largest financial services companies in Canada. At Ciccone/McKay Financial Group, Gerry specializes in implementing insurance and investment solutions for businesses and business owners. With a comprehensive understanding of the industry from all perspectives, Gerry is also an expert in the area of employee benefits.
 
  Lindsay Byrka, B.A., B.Ed, CFP
Lindsay joined the Ciccone / McKay team in 2004 as an advisor in the insurance and investment planning industry. At Ciccone / McKay, Lindsay's focus is on working with our business clients to design, implement and monitor employee benefits programs. As well, Lindsay's experience on the individual insurance and investment planning side of the financial services industry means she is also involved in developing, implementing and monitoring balanced financial portfolios for individuals and families. Lindsay graduated from UBC in 2003. She is licensed by the Insurance Council of BC,  through Manulife Securities as a mutual fund representative, and through the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a Certified Financial Planner.
 
  Evan Scholnick
A veteran of the living benefits industry, Evan Scholnick brings over 17 years of marketing, technical and implementation experience to business owners and corporate executives. He is committed to providing clients with "best in class" solutions for their personal and business disability needs, bringing a client focused approach to a vastly under-served marketplace. His passion and enthusiasm for his field and his creative outlook have earned him respect from his peers and a wide range of satisfied clients.
 
  Peter Howard-Jones
Peter Howard-Jones began his career with Manulife Financial in 1973, shortly after emigrating to Vancouver from London, England.  In 1994, he founded Howard-Jones Insurance Services Inc, a full service financial services organization.

Today, Peter works with both personal and corporate clients to help them obtain their financial goals.  His primary focus is on business owners and senior executives, providing them with estate planning and retirement income planning.  In addition to this, Peter manages a large corporate clientele of employee benefit plans.  Peter is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients, and has earned the recognition of the his industry peers.  He is a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, with Top of the Table and Court of the Table Membership, a member of Advocis, as well as the recipient of the National Quality Award each year since 1974.  He is a recognized Five Star Master Builder with Manulife Financial.

In 2008, Peter joined forces with Ciccone/ McKay Financial Group in order to provide his group benefits clients with comprehensive, ongoing service.
 
  Gil Jacob Korn, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A.
  Gil Korn is a specialist in the area of Tax and Estate Planning with vast experience in both personal and corporate income tax matters, including trusts and partnerships, in both the domestic and international areas. He has covered much of the spectrum of business succession and estate planning over the years.

Having studied law and business at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Gil gained admission to the B.C. Bar in August of 1996. Gil has co-authored articles that have been published in the prestigious Canadian Tax Journal, including feature submissions dealing with inter-spousal transfers of property, and employee stock options. His writings have also appeared in the Financial Post, British Columbia Chartered Accounts magazine "Beyond Numbers", and the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriters' publication "CALU Report".

Gil enjoys his community service which has included sitting as a board member of two local charities, and tutoring the Indepth Tax course run by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is an avid runner and is forever trying to break his personal best marathon time.
 
  Casey Cameron, B.A.
Casey graduated from UBC in 2002 and has worked in the financial services industry ever since. Prior to joining Ciccone-McKay in 2008, he worked for one of the world's largest banks, both here in Canada, and abroad in Australia. Casey brings a broad knowledge of the international financial services industry to the team. He focuses on creating and implementing solutions that allow clients to both build and protect their wealth.
 
  Katie Wray, B.Comm
Katie graduated from UVic in 2006 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a focus in general management. Katie then joined the Provincial Government of British Columbia, working for the Ministry of the Attorney General. From this experience, Katie brings with her many years of customer service, superb organizational abilities and professional administrative skills. At Ciccone/McKay, Katie focuses on implementing life insurance and living benefit policies as well as managing client enquiries.
