Anthony Ciccone is a Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC), business advisor and successful entrepreneur who since 1985 has honed his craft to become a leading estate and financial planning expert. His advice and expertise have been sought throughout Canada by a very diversified client base, which is primarily made up of well-established family-owned businesses and middle, upper income, and high net worth individuals.
Anthony started his career in 1985 with Imperial Life Financial and progressed through the years with an associate stint at Manulife Financial before venturing out to form his own financial services firm in 1990. In 2003, Anthony joined forces with long time friend and mentor Gerry McKay, to create their own financial services company, Ciccone McKay Financial Group. Building upon the success and growth of Ciccone McKay, and realizing a need existed within the industry, Anthony expanded his company in 2010 to include a subsidiary firm specializing in employee benefits, the Immix Group. Most recently, Anthony has expanded his group of companies to include Ciccone McKay Private Wealth, a firm dedicated to institutional calibre investment management.
This business model has proven to be the perfect fit for Anthony and his clients. The departmentalized yet collaborative structure at the Ciccone McKay Group of Companies has given Anthony the opportunity to focus on his specialized practice of estate and succession planning, as well as providing a valuable resource to his clients by making available qualified in-house technical personnel and advisory partners such as tax accountants, tax lawyers and other private investment and risk management experts.
A lifelong resident of Vancouver and an active member of the Italian community, Anthony and his team are great believers in giving back. He was the founder and chairman of the Sergio Lovison Foundation, a charity foundation that donates university scholarships to local high school kids. In addition to this work, Anthony served for many years as a board member of the Michael Cuccione Foundation, an organization that is dedicated to raising funds for Childhood Cancer Research, and he remains an enthusiastic supporter. An avid golfer, Anthony is a member of Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club.
Lindsay began her career with Ciccone McKay Financial Group in 2004, as an advisor in the insurance and investment planning industry. After 8 years working nearly exclusively with Ciccone McKay’s sister company, The Immix Group: An Employee Benefits Company Ltd:, Lindsay returned to working with Ciccone McKay in 2019.
As Vice President of both Ciccone McKay Financial Group and sister company the Immix Group, Lindsay oversees the operations of both companies. At Ciccone McKay, Lindsay’s focus is on developing and overseeing company initiatives, and ensuring the team is on track. Lindsay loves tackling problems, organizing projects and socializing with the team.
Lindsay graduated from UBC in 2003. She is licensed by the Insurance Council of BC and through the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a Certified Financial Planner. Lindsay is on the organizing committee for 100 Women Who Care Vancouver, a local giving concept charity group, and is co-founder of a women’s industry networking group, the OGIC. Lindsay lives in Vancouver with her family, which means a lot of time on the seawall with her husband, young son and large dopey dog.
Trust & Estate Planning Specialist Sabrina Beaudoin joined Ciccone McKay in 2012. Sabrina offers core-expertise skills in: holistic financial planning; investments and insurance; and trust and estate planning. Serving clients in both English and French, she has worked extensively in the financial services sector.
As an Investment and Insurance Specialist, Sabrina worked with Anthony Ciccone, President of Ciccone McKay Financial Group, with a focus on developing, implementing, and managing financial planning processes and strategies. Previously she worked for a mutual fund company in Toronto.

Currently living in Squamish, BC, Sabrina enjoys the richness of outdoor activities that area provides, such as snowboarding, rock climbing, camping and hiking. She also knits and crochets. And last but far from least, Sabrina has a German Shepherd named Ruckus.
Steven Bicego graduated from the Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 2009. Prior to joining Ciccone McKay, Steven worked as an advisor at one of the largest insurance company’s in Canada, providing insurance and investment solutions to clients.
As an Advisor at Ciccone McKay, Steven works both with personal and corporate clients providing them with financial clarity and purpose. His focus is building long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients that is based on sound financial advice.
Steven is actively involved in his community and is a member of the Vancouver Marpole Lions Club. He sits on the board of directors for a non-profit housing society, providing affordable living for seniors. In addition, he sits on the board of directors for various public companies.
In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and hockey, and experiencing the beautiful wonders of British Columbia with his family and friends.
He is registered to offer mutual funds and is licensed with the Insurance Council of BC. He is currently working towards completing his CFP designation.
Tore joined Ciccone McKay in 2016, after gaining experience in the financial services industry working with a major bank. As a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a degree in Economics, Tore’s educational background laid the groundwork for his chosen career as a financial advisor.
In an Analyst role with our firm for 6 years, he was able to finetune the broad skillset required to play a vital role in the planning process for the firm: generating strategies, running client meetings, constructing presentation material, and most importantly, building trusted advisory relationships with clients. As an Advisor, Tore’s focus is on providing personal and corporate clients with the roadmap to financial freedom, however that may look to each individual. Tore’s process involves first learning about his clients, educating them on their current financial situation and providing key insights as to any disconnect between objectives and current reality.
His goal is to provide strategic recommendations, all predicated on allowing clients to make the most informed decision possible for their financial future.
During his time studying at SFU Tore played four years of collegiate football, eventually leading to his selection in the 2014 CFL draft. His passion for sports continues through his recreational activities such as hockey, soccer, and golf.
Tore is registered with the Insurance Council of BC and will complete his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2023.
As Insurance and Investment Coordinator, Hélène Janody serves Ciccone McKay clients as the point of contact with carriers. Of her ongoing service to our clients, Hélène declares herself “passionate and dedicated to helping deliver an excellent customer experience.” She always welcomes client inquiries and is glad to assist.
Hélène also administers new business insurance, oversees and processes new insurance and investment business, and liaises with Ciccone McKay suppliers. Fluent in both English and French, she is responsible for general office management, ensuring that operations keep running smoothly.
In 2010 Hélène earned her Bachelor’s degree, specializing in business and marketing, from Dijon University, France. She then interned with the French multinational investment bank Société Générale while studying for her Bank and Insurance Licence. Moving to Vancouver, Hélène became licensed in 2016 with the Insurance Council of BC. She joined Ciccone McKay in 2017 and is currently working on the Canadian Securities Course.
When not at work, Helene enjoys volunteering, e.g., with Hub Cycling, a charitable not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving cycling in Vancouver. She also appreciates the beauty of nature and the personal and professional enrichment that have all come with living here.
Hélène hikes, skis, runs, swims, crochets and savours both cooking and art. And, rain or shine, she bikes to work. Hélène explains, “I always look forward to experiencing new adventures, new places and cultures. My motto is: Life is short, so enjoy every single moment.”
Vittorio Ciccone joined Louisbourg in 2022 as an Investment Analyst. As an Analyst, Vittorio is responsible for the research of equity and fixed-income securities for Canadian, US, and International funds. Vittorio plays an important role in developing and reviewing our western Canadian client's investment portfolios.
Vittorio graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, where he attained his Bachelor of Commerce. At UBC, Vittorio interned with major Canadian financial corporations and gained invaluable insights and experience in investment research and strategic implementation. Recently, Vittorio completed a Master’s degree (finance) from City, University of London's Bayes Business School. Currently, Vittorio is working towards obtaining his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Asha Reeves is a CPA with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Prior to working with the Ciccone McKay Group of companies and raising a young family, she was the Controller at Boston Pizza International Inc. for six years.
At Ciccone McKay, Asha works closely with our executive management team to provide timely financial reporting and analysis. Asha plays a key role in ongoing strategic and long-term growth for the company.
Asha holds a Bachelor of Arts from UBC and has been a member of the Certified General Accountants Association (now CPA) since 2003. Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, she now calls the North Shore home.
Peter Howard-Jones began his career with Manulife Financial in 1973, shortly after emigrating to Vancouver from London, England. In 1994, he founded Howard-Jones Insurance Services Inc, a full service financial services organization.
Today, Peter works with both personal and corporate clients to help them obtain their financial goals. His primary focus is on business owners and senior executives, providing them with estate planning and retirement income planning. In addition to this, Peter manages a large corporate clientele of employee benefit plans. Peter is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients, and has earned the recognition of the his industry peers. He is a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, with Top of the Table and Court of the Table Membership, a member of Advocis, as well as the recipient of the National Quality Award each year since 1974. He is a recognized Five Star Master Builder with Manulife Financial.
In 2008, Peter joined forces with Ciccone/ McKay Financial Group in order to provide his group benefits clients with comprehensive, ongoing service.
Dan began his insurance and estate planning career in 1973 . Over the years where he has worked from coast to coast in Canada Dan has become recognized as a leader in advanced estate planning case work.
From the beginning of his years at a major insurer, Dan has continued to build on his expertise in both client situation analysis and case presentation allowing a large number of advisors and their clients to reach optimal financial outcomes.
Born in Toronto, Ontario, Dan has a degree and experience both in Drama, from Brock University and Education, from St. Mary’s. From a professional perspective he has earned his CLU, CHF.C. and CFP, and is a regular speaker to professional groups.

Gurkirat joined the Ciccone McKay team in February 2022 as an Executive Administrator in Insurance and Investments. She holds a Masters of Science in Finance degree from Simon Fraser University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Delhi.
An interest in private wealth management, combined with a passion for logistics, led Gurkirat to her role at Ciccone McKay: assisting the clients with their inquiries and administering new business in both insurance and investments. Having completed her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 exam, Gurkirat is now studying to obtain her insurance licence from the Insurance Council of BC. Her long-term career goal is to become a CFA Charterholder and work as an Investment Advisor. As new to Canada, Gurkirat enjoys exploring our beautiful country by hiking, trying new adventure sports, and tasting the rich variety of foods in BC.
